Paul was kind, patient, caring and full of love, he embodied Christ. He makes every individual feel loved, seen and heard. he is also generous with his time with people, and is one of the most genuine human being my family has been blessed to know and spend time with. I feel so grateful I got to spend with him, Penny and Arnie earlier this year, and am also grateful my husband, Jamil got to meet this beautiful family. At dinner, Paul conversed with my husband in Portuguese, Jamil was so ecstatic and kept talking about how lovely Paul was.
I was able to have a meaningful conversation with Paul and he was encouraging, empathetic, filled with wisdom from God, and of course he prayed for me!
Paul was also so thoughtful during our excursions and kind in the way he cared for our dad, who had mobility issues. He stayed back with him, walked alongside him and helped him whenever he needed it. That quiet, selfless act showed the depth of Paul’s compassion and the way he always noticed and cared for every individual.
Paul, thank you for the light, love and laughter you brought into our lives.
We will miss you immensely. We will never be the same without you, but your memory will remain forever in our hearts, continually reminding us to look to God, always.
