Paul was a great man of God and a great blessing to many people all over the world. But he wasn’t afraid to get his hands dirty. We were neighbours with the Wilcox family at YWAM Melbourne. I remember a time when Paul and I had the unenviable job of locating a plumbing blockage. We located an inspection trap between the building and the fence. Paul explained that if we took the lid off and it was dry then the blockage was on our side and we needed to fix it. If, on the other hand. It was full then it was on the council side and it was their problem. Paul obviously knew what to expect because I got the job of opening the trap. I was not expecting the almighty geyser of raw sewage that erupted from the trap. I managed to leap out of the way just in time while Paul stood back with a big grin on his face.
